Day 2

Day 2- rasa macam kurang sikit snacking pelik-pelik tu. Nak kurangkan kuih muih tu. Cuma jadual harian rasa pelik sikit. Bangun lewat, breakfast jadi lunch dah...huhu. And tak puasa di bulan puasa. Jadi xbrape best. Hope dapat makan dengan teratur nak2 time dah balik puasa nanti.

-Nasi+Ayam percik(sayap)+daging sup 1 ketul+kerabu

-Herbalife warm teamix 1 gelas
-karipap ubi 1 biji
-kuih kaya 1 biji

-Plain Water 1.5 L
